Vote by Mail Ballot (Absentee Ballot): Now there is no excuse not to vote. In New Jersey, any voter can vote by mail in any election. You do not need a reason to vote by mail. Don’t feel like going to the polls? Simply vote by mail. Allow sufficient time for this three step process:

1. Download a vote by mail application:

2. Mail completed form to:

Hon. Elaine Flynn, Middlesex County Clerk
75 Bayard Street, 4th Floor
PO Box 1110
New Brunswick, NJ 08903-1110

The completed form with your original signature must be received at least seven days prior to the election.

2. The Vote by Mail Ballot will be sent to you

3. Complete and mail in the Absentee Ballot as directed

Absentee Ballots must be received by the County Board of Elections before the close of polls on Election Day. You may also apply in person at your county clerk's office until 3:00 pm the day before the election.

(This is a terrific opportunity to model civic responsibility by encouraging your college student to vote by Absentee Ballot!)
