Class Coverage Submission Process - as of April 1, 2025

1. Staff must complete the Class Coverage Form found here.
2. The form should be downloaded and completed electronically. Handwritten submissions will no longer be accepted.
3. Complete the following fields for each Class Coverage Form submission. 
   1. Name 
   2. School 
   3. Month 
   4. Click on the correct Pay Period
4. Staff should submit their form to building admin for approval.
