Class Coverage Submission Process - as of April 1, 2025
- Staff must complete the Class Coverage Form found here.
- The form should be downloaded and completed electronically. Handwritten submissions will no longer be accepted.
- Complete the following fields for each Class Coverage Form submission.
- Name
- School
- Month
- Click on the correct Pay Period
- Staff should then login to Frontline Central and scroll down to Self-Service Forms where the Class Coverage Form (v1) can be found.
- Click the “Start” button, enter the requested information, and upload your completed Class Coverage Form.
- Add your digital signature at the bottom of the page, then click the "Submit Form" button for review.
